Did you know? Trinidad is home to the world’s largest centipede. Scolopendra gigantea is the world’s largest species of tropical centipede, with a documented length of up to about 30cm. Their diet consists of small invertebrates such as snails, spiders, insects, worms and small vertebrates such as birds, frogs, mice, and bats.
