So, in her honor, enjoy today’s peanut brittle recipe 🥜 Mrs. McCluskey’s Peanut Brittle: Add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup of water to a saucepan over medium heat. Let the sugar melt, stirring gently, until the mixture becomes smooth and liquid. Stir in the agave nectar, then attach a candy thermometer, until the mixture reaches 250°F, then add the
